The Queen? King Chas? The Pope? Why does everyone think these people matter? I couldn't give a monkey's about any of them....
And as for the everyone's thought that it would be Celtic/Liverpool fans would be the ones to disrupt a 2 minute silence, just think back to the death of Prince Margaret and the 2 minute silence that was attempted at Bramall Lane. I seem to remember it was abandoned after 20 secs as a goodly portion of the crowd started heckling. I think there's a fair chance that would happen again. Wouldn't be me doing it though. These days I'm still getting my last pint in a ten to three, so haven't seen a kick off in ages....

I don't know, when it comes down to it I'd like to think the Blades fans have got enough respect at least for one minute to keep their thoughts quiet.
I remember the Derby at Hillsborough the week after 2 Wednesday fans got killed in a car accident , everyone saying there's no way it will be a observed,we showed our class and observed the silence impeccably.

Incredibly poor state of affairs when you even have to worry about that sort of thing. Literally just a family, from the same City, that chose to support a different football team.

Full grown men, Wednesday fans, singing "Evie Wilder is a slag." A teenage schoolgirl. Absolutely embarrassing.

Sadly, I'm in the camp of not trusting football fans to behave themselves.

Many shops are open Christmas Day, nobody is forced to close, and if you need something you can always find something open.

Question: If all the swans belonged to the queen, and the "king" hasn't been crowned yet... Can we not now legally hunt/kill/eat swans?

Charles became king immediately his mother died. (Her late majesty had become Queen immediately her father died Feb 1952 which was 16 months before her coronation.)
