Is it time for a New Kit Thread?

I understand that they’re doing some filming work for the kit, tomorrow. So it’ll be later in the week that we see it.

The kit will pull out at the last minute and decide to be Brentford, Southampton, Stoke, Lincoln City or Exeter's instead.

Cheap to tease the kits given a) the lack of transfer activity and b) the lack of news surrounding the takeover. The news kits are a sideshow; nobody on here cares more about them than the other two factors (although a new shirt sponsor announcement could give us an indication of the direction we're heading in).

I'd like to think our media/PR department have had their ear to the ground and might surprise us with a reverse bait-and-switch. Otherwise it'll be in slightly bad taste. We're not quite at "just give them something" panic stations yet.

I’d heard that filming had already been done and we might see something as early as tomorrow
I heard that filming happened months ago and the only way to get a copy is to go to a snuff film convention

Definitely some filming happening today. Close to Bramall Lane.

I only know where and that it’s kit related, so it might be for the away kit and the home one is done.

The importance of commas.

I helped my Uncle Jack, off a horse.
I helped my Uncle Jack off a horse.
This example is normally used to demonstrate the importance of capital letters:
I helped my Uncle Jack off a horse.

A better example of the importance of commas would be:
Let’s eat, Grandma!

We've all eaten a bit of grandma in our time, errrrrrrr 😱

I'm a huge Detroit Red Wings fan and last season was hilarious as Red Wings fans were going mental over a sponsor patch being added to the jersey. They reckoned it looked awful and ruined the look of the jersey. For me it looks more like a manufacturers brand logo than a sponsor. It's barely noticeable. Half of the complaint is the tradition of Detroit being an Original 6 team, but that's a story for another time.....

It got me thinking, would our football strips look better with the club badges emblazoned across the front with a small sponsor logo, rather than vice versa as they currently appear?

Thoughts or potential mock ups from Photoshop nerds?
Ahhh man, I hate it. No. No. No. No. No.

The American sports market and the original six in particular are juggernauts, when it comes to brand, income. They don't need a pissy little logo to ruin the front of the shirt. I'm a leafs fan. We have a milk ad there. Fucking milk.

Detroit's is a garbage collection company. They were sailing high until the sponsor got added, ironically the season went to crap after that.

And that's a real book (in case anyone thinks he's joking). A proper author in our midst :)
