Statistics Intermediate Team late 70s Early 80s

Hello, I am compiling a history of Hartlepool United Intermediate team (U/19 s) 1977 to 1986. Having contacted various reference libraries, newspaper publishers and historians etc. for teams involved with the League I am short of a few scores and reports. Could you please post this message on any Sheffield United supporters message boards to see if your fans have 1st team programme or newspaper collections that may fill in a couple of the gaps in my story. The following games are of interest and if anyone has the smallest piece of info. it would be a big help. I assume that like Hartlepool, the juniors sometimes did not merit a mention in the 1st team matchday programme or even the local press, but if they did it would be the next couple of programmes after these dates. Any help or info. on scorers etc. would be most welcome, I am listing info. that I know about as follows which sometimes was the final score and no details or even worse score being unknown - Thanks Dave Sutheran 07511014769 [email protected]. 1. Not totally helpful but this was from the programme from the match against Blackburn Rovers which was the last home game of that season. Unless they printed the results in the first programme of the following season you may be out of luck here. First home game after was Wimbledon.
