We can add Jack Robinson to the list.

It’s not remotely surprising. It’s standard Heckingbottom operating procedure.Really suprising how bad/lengthy Doyle's injury has become
Also some players come back a lot quicker from injury ie JLT/Osborn seem to have rushed back (as they are 'our' players?) but Ciaran Clark seems to have to have a full MRI scan just to run down the South Stand touchline as a non appearing sub (maybe because we are a lot more careful with other teams players?)
So based on something you partially heard at a comedy gig you've concluded that our current club doctor isn't as good as an old one because Wilder took the good one with him to Middlesbrough, which may or may not have actually happend?I perhaps have a partial explanation for all the injury problems. Everybody may already know about what I am going to say so my apologies if this is the case.
Last Sunday, I was in the Memorial room at City Hall watching Jason Byrne (comedian). A guy walked in late and whilst he was making his way to the balcony the comedian asked his group of friends (work colleagues I think they said) who had come in just before him his name; Alan I think it was. As is always the case, he was then picked on throughout the evening. He asked him his occupation and he was unwilling to say (just syaing back to the comedian "what is my occupation?!") but eventually the comedian got out of him that he was a doctor. He then further winkled out of him that he wasn't a GP but a doctor for a football club. When asked which one he said Middlesborough.
I take it from this that Wilder took the medical team with him to Boro when he left (given that his friends I think said that they were work colleagues), and it seems that Hecky has not managed to replace them with equal quality medical staff. Could this be the reason for our injury problems since Wilder left?
I will leave it there. That is all I know. I expect that this has been raised before. Apologies if it has.
I’ve concluded that our current medical team isn’t perhaps as good as the old one because our injury list is horrifically bad since wilder left. And it does seem to have happened thatWilder took the club doctor to Boro. Seems a logical conclusion to me. Weird that the Middlesbrough club doctor was at a comedy gig in Sheffield. otherwise! So based on something you partially heard at a comedy gig you've concluded that our current club doctor isn't as good as an old one because Wilder took the good one with him to Middlesbrough, which may or may not have actually happend?
There's some absolute nonsense posted on here![]()
You've absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I'll help you out a little, here's one of our current club doctors to help you get started on your research... Unlike you, the explanation of “bad luck” doesn’t cut it for me. I am suggesting one POSSIBLE reason we’ve got such injury problems. And yes, it’s only a POSSIBLE reason
Needs a bit of work on the punchline.I perhaps have a partial explanation for all the injury problems. Everybody may already know about what I am going to say so my apologies if this is the case.

Maybe it has something to do with the pitches at training ground and the new ones will be ready after world cup.I’ve concluded that our current medical team isn’t perhaps as good as the old one because our injury list is horrifically bad since wilder left. Looks like hamstring.
You could see him stretching just before. He sprinted back and was stretching a little bit.
It's fatigue, we know it. Needs must, he was thrown in before he was 100% fit.
Hopefully with these four weeks coming we'll have him back with plenty others.
Robbo's will be fatigue. He's gone from zero, missing in pre-season to being thrown in and playing 90s, 90s. He's had to play.
We had the same with Rhys and Lowey, they were the only left-siders available and had to play every game. They have got injured. That's not a coincidence either.
We've been walking that tightrope.
Anel's illness is going to keep him out a while. Oli Mac has had the scan and it's an ankle ligament injury.
Flecky, probably as good a news as we could have hoped. He's had the scan, his bone is healing but he's had a direct whack on it and it's too painful. He's tried to play, we wanted him on the bench, but in the end if we can't use him, what's the point?
Wonder if Anel has got glandular fever if he's going to be out a while

When you think the season is now shut down for 1 month.
So the fact that Hecky has mentioned Ahmedhodzic being ill, suggests he might not be fit for when we return after the World Cup.
So his illness must be something quite serious.
Must admit he looked shocking when he came off against Rotherham.Anything that is long term is about standard for our players.
It won't be a simple case of flu.
Maybe he's got Covid or something like that. Could be out for over a week. Fact they kept him away suggests it was something contagious.Yeah it doesn't read well from the transcript today and he didn't sound too optimistic in the pre match presser.
Fuck sake - quite a while ?????
Don’t Bosnia have some friendlies planned? Might be convenient for him to miss them. When you think the season is now shut down for 1 month.

So his illness must be something quite serious, otherwise why even mention it.
A good start in a fairly poor leagueIt does beg the question, how the fuck are we top of the league when half the squad is crippled.![]()
