We really need a win today if we have any hope of catching 2nd, which to be honest is more or less gone anyway. Worst case we need to really cement top 6.

Cardiff should also be on a mission as the only chasing team who can immediately challenge Derby, but I can see the Pigs defending their way to safety under this guy. Hopefully they slip up though and the likes of Burton & Brum can pick up points.

Most of the grunters I know have kept their head down to be fair but one at work couldn't resist a little 'you couldn't beat a 10 man deserve side' dig. Amusingly his brethren looked embarrassd and the few neutrals in the office pounced on him immediately by pointing out that those 10 players still cost more than our starting 11. It was crowned off by a Leeds supporter bragging at how they had got decent odds on the Pigs being relegated and were looking forward to having us in the playoffs. That went down well.

For no other reason than making it a talking point - I just hope it goes the right way.

It almost feels like our mini-season starts today. Steel City Derby done with, 6th, with everything to play for. Win today and hopefully pigs lose and it will feel like season back on track (yeah, yeah, mid table wouldn't be a disaster etc)

Lose and God forbid the pigs win, I will be struggling to see where the next win is coming from and those scruffy twats will be absolutely unbearable.

Obviously more to it than that, but it's how I'm feeling today

To be honest I hope Wednesday draw all their remaining games nil nil, bearing in mind how much they celebrated last week's goalless 'victory'.
