Anyone know how I can unsubscribe from Ifollow. Thought I'd just purchased one month, but it's a recurring payment. Wish I'd known, may have used it more.
Can't see anywhere how to cancel.

I didn't think that it worked on a monthly basis, i thought it was Season pass (single payment) or Match Pass.

Did you subscribe through apple/ android stores?

You can get a monthly pass as well as a season pass

Whilst i was thinking about it, i decided to email ifollow and give them my review of their product this season and let them know why i am not subscribing for a season pass next year

Yeah just e-mail and them a few days later they will e-mail back to say your subscription has ended, just keep an eye on your bank statements just in case.

If you bank online you should be able to access your credit card

I had a problem with that so I went to the bank told them and they changed my card which has a different no.

I used the email address above and the message i sent was quite long, explaining what i found good and poor from the service. In fairness they were back with a reply within 30 mins and whilst it was a bit of a brush off, she'd obviously read through and tried to respond to my points.

Was it mostly about the stuttering, particularly in the second half! I've had issues with that all season. It also cant be my connection because I have IPTV which works a treat even on FHD sky sports streams!

Did they outline any intention to make it better for next season?

I cancelled because the picture quality was quite poor no commentary either, the camera work too was pretty shoddy Bergen Blade picked up on this too complaining of it too often being zoomed in and losing track of the play. Pains me to say it but other lesser clubs TV makes it look piss poor, you only have to watch the coverage of the bouncing day massacre to see what I mean.

Quality was one of the issues, summary below:

- Cost per game (Season Pass): Block outs due to overseas providers showing games
- No Audio Commentary with the Video. Its also not possible to run audio commentary and video on the same device
- Single Sign in only: Linked to the above, but you can't sign in on one device to watch video and then watch the video on another.
- Quality and reliability: some games sign in didn't work, iFollow video dropping during games, deteriorating quality during games

Thats the one I used didn't have any problems cancelling was done the same day, they replied within about 2 hours, mine was monthly DD through paypal, cancelled the paypal payment but sitll letting the dd go into my paypal account for future use.

I think thats only for "midweek" fixtures - anything at the weekend isn`t covered under their agreement (presumably as this would fall foul of the 3pm blackout)

I think the picture quality improved after a few games. I can now stream them on a big TV. The commentary thing is embarrassing, but I didn't know it was SUFC's fault? Personally I don't miss the commentators too much, but I know others do, to the extent some are preferring to listen to commentary, rather than watching the stream. The zooming really annoys me and I've said so loads of times. In desperation I once wrote to United's performance analyst, asking how he was able to do his job without seeing more of the pitch than the match cameras showed. He didn't reply.

Overall I think it's a superb thing though, looking forward to every game.

From exactly the same source that you had quality problems with... Suggesting more a setup/connection issue.
