Personally, I'd sell Berge. If we sold Ramsdale we'd most likely be stuck with Foderingham and Verrips for the season barring some quickfire transfer activity. Plus we'd probably get more money for him.

I'd sell both for the right money. If I had to sell one it'd be the goalkeeper as they are generally easier and cheaper to replace. It seems we've only had tyre kickers so far, who we have rightfully just ignored.

Indeed it is. Without knowing what fee we'd get for either, it could be an obvious Berge or an obvious Ramsdale. As you don't suggest an amount, the only sensible answer is "no fucking clue"

Apart from seeing him rip a bunch of Doncaster trialist to bits what have you seen that makes you think he is capable of playing in the championship in his smoking jacket.
I certainly haven't seen anything from him so far that gives me that confidence.

Yes but no way is anyone paying £35m for him this season. Whereas if he’s an integral part in us getting promoted there more likely to pay the release clause

I think the Championship is undersold, as it would be the perfect league for Berge to show off his stuff and to see if he really is all that. If he has a great season, it will only increase his valuation come next summer. If he has a crap season, how is he suppose to compete in these "elite leagues" if he can't hack the Championship? It should be an incentive to stay, as he is still young and as we all know the Championship is still highly competitive no matter what teams are in it and it can springboard players careers.

Keep both if we can. But I chose Ramsdale, it wasn't an easy decision though as I've grown fond of the lad.
