Who would it be ? Which one player would you say is most influential for the rest of the season , and of course not going in the Jan window !!
Sander , Mcburnie , Ndiaye , Ahmedhodzic , Egan or any other ?

Myself i am going with Ahmedhodzic , we very rarely lose when he plays , hes got everything for me .

It’s a toughie but I’d go for Foderingham, he makes the whole defence and those even in front of the defence a lot more confident, it could be any one of quite a few like you say but we have that many good forward thinking players that I think Wes is very important for our title charge.

We can handle an injury in every position and have a like for like come in, but without Egan or Norwood we are clueless and lost.

Egan is just an orthodox centre back, it's the easiest job in the team and either Clark or Ahmedhodzic could cover that role, and we have alternatives to them in their normal positions. Getting someone else to do what Norwood does or what Ndiaye does isn't happening and would have a significant impact on how we play. Berge is nice to have, but not having him wasn't really much of a loss.

Got to be Norwood. You can make a case for a few others granted, but we've never really lost Norwood to injury. Honestly think we wouldn't have a clue what to do without him

This is really left field, but for me Tommy Doyle, we look so much better in Midfield when he plays.

Clark can cover Egan; Doyle/ Berge, Norwood. We've done without the rest already. The biggest drop off was after the Berge loss. Nobody can consistently cover for Ndiaye or Oli without a drop off imo. There's a shout for Sharp for Oli, but two to three games a week at his age would be required? A big ask. He's also very different stylistically.

There's a shout for Mcattee for Ndiaye but not for me. They are very different. You'd lose a lot in terms of hold up play, strength and ball carrying ability.

I can't believe I'm saying it after the last two seasons but Oli is probably the answer. We can make do and mend elsewhere. Ask me again after the Jan window and I might have a different answer.
