I've been of the opinion for years that we should be aiming to be a yo yo club like West Brom and Norwich.

Spot on. People are forgetting that a couple of seasons back we were expecting to find it difficult in the Championship. This is our third season in the top flight in what, 28 years thereabout? Getting relegated is miserable but with Wilder at the helm and even a few of the decent players we do have we've made huge progress in the last few seasons. Being a yo yo club would be a long step ahead of what my time as a Blade has been.

This season is a huge disappointment but we need to be clever and look long term.

The Prince is widely proving to have a decent level of loyalty towards his manager. To be fair Wilder has done enough to deserve this.

So next season as long as we’re in and around the top 5 then Wilders job is safe.

If we get promotion back to the PL then Wilder will be given until Xmas to see if he’s learnt anything from his last visit there.

Some silly comments. Wilder shouldn't be judged on what happens when we get back to the Premier League if like this season It's such an unlevel playing field. The task on our budget is nigh on impossible. quite right pep guardiola couldnt keep us in the premier league on our budget and unless pa either funds us properly or sells to a wealthy owner its a waste of time us being there
