If we dont freshen up the team we could well be in big trouble:

We will have a very p1ssed off manager
We will have kept together a squad that has a loser mentality and needs freshening up
Our p1ssed off manager wont have players to play the system he wants and we will continue to be in tactical limbo as a result
We will have wasted the advantage paracute payments (should) have given us this season.

I hope you're right. But strikers doesn't seem to be our problem, it's midfield. All of our midfield have been awful for a very long time. We don't know how to create a goal let alone score one. Our strikers don't get chances, the solution as I see it is to get in better midfielders but we don't look like it will happen. What will need to click with our current undroppable midfield for us to suddenly start creating (let alone scoring) chances?

I'd put Berge in the middle with someone else and not play Norwood. I'd defo go to 3412 or perhaps 343 if Slav wants more attacking options for more.....sorry, some creativity. We started 352 against Luton - just plain bonkers at this level and no wonder we had 68% possession and did nowt with it as the 3 and the 5 passed it around as though something would eventually happen, which it obviously won't unless you try and force it.

Agree the midfield needs altering.

Purely on the premise that between the squad and manager I feel we do actually have enough quality to make a go of this division. As poor a start as it has been I think without any signings that we certainly stay up.

I agree with this. Without signings we will be nearer the bottom than top I think, but don't see us going down (or maybe wishful thinking on my part!)

I’d personally stick with Berge, I feel that Fleck has lost the fire in his belly. I also think he would have left in the summer if the right offer came in.

Norwood looks spent, I feel we have seen the best from him when we got promotion. For me out of the three I wouldn’t be concerned to see him move to the bench or moved on altogether.

I think Sander is quality and just needs someone else who is quality around him, people forget he’s a young lad, who has had a tough start to his career in this country. I back him to come good.
