When was the last time we had a striker who consistently scored goals? I long for the days when a striker would receive the ball and you could be certain it would end up in the net.

We need a Fjortoft / Deane / Sharp / Beattie reincarnate! Maybe Beattie Jnr may be the one!!

I think the last one was Ched Evans in League One 2011/2012: 35 goals in 42 games.
How much of that was down to his finishing, and how much down to other players (Kevin McDonald) creating for him is open to debate.
