If we get promoted, do we stick with Wilder?

Should Chris Wilder remain as Sheffield United manager if we get promoted?

  • Yes

  • No

  • Give him until Christmas, I think he deserves one last chance given what he has done this season.

I'd like to see him still go out and clap the fans after disappointing results rather than bolt straight down the tunnel.

Celebrating like that after Preston and sending the players to G and H first for the first time ever, incidentally stopping Hecky getting the ovation he'd normally have got, to going straight down the tunnel tonight.

I would normally agree with this, but after two embarrassing relegations in recent years I think that should change our strategy.

The question would be if the owners feel that Wilder is the best man to keep us up or is there another manager option that would be better. If it’s the latter then unfortunately, it’s time to move on.

I can see Leeds being this way with Farke as his Premier League record isn’t good.

If...if we go up it is going to be very interesting to see how the new owners approach it.

I think they will be very determined and willing to spend, so yes it might be that Wilder isn't given much time, especially if he isn't fully on board with their view on recruitment.
