Without points deductions I worked it out that the earliest you can be relegated from a 46 team league with 3 points for a win is game 31.

If you lose your first 31 games then other teams alternate winning one then losing one evenly then after 31 games you have zero with a max of 45 available to you while all other teams are on 46.

May be flaws in this but it's not far out.

Would mean earliest relegation this season is 7th March.

Minor point, but you only need 21 teams to alternate between winning and losing. 22nd and 23rd place can beat 24th and win one each against each other, but lose to all other teams.
