Which club gets to use the red and white stripes?

It should be us as we finished higher in the league! (if we make it etc. etc. )

Great night for Sunderland but it's not over yet and we dont quite have that date with destiny with you.

With regards who is the home team, I assumed it was whoever placed higher in the league, BUT… not always. So there must be another method of choosing

Highest placed bolded:

23/24 Leeds v Southampton
22/23 Coventry v Luton
21/22 Huddersfield v Forest
20/21 Brentford v Swansea
19/20 Brentford v Fulham

Stupid making us both travel to London IF we both get there
Part of the appeal is surely the fact that it’s at the national stadium. It’s easy to take for granted since we’ve been fortunate(?) enough to go there more than a lot of other teams, but I find the idea of a playoff final just being in another club’s stadium because it’s closer to be underwhelming; even if it would be more convenient for most.

No idea but you would assume both clubs would want to attack second half towards their own fans.
usually the team furthest north get the east side which would mean we would be on the west side same as hull and man city and thats the green man side

not a certainty yet but said on here after our game at the sol that we hadnt seen the last of sunderland having said that coventry could be dangerous up there in the 2nd leg

Cov v Luton both played in their home kit? No idea whether the others on this list wore their home shirt

We got absolutely no advantage/reward for finishing a place and 14 (16) points above them, so at least give us the bloody shirts.

we want the shaded end, whichever that is? fancy a lower tier seat this time, should we finish the job, but only if it's on whichever side is shaded.

am I correct in thinking we had the sunny side vis Burnley and Hudd, and the opposite side v Hull and City?

yes.

I got the very back row v citeh. I quite enjoyed it was about 6 rows back v piggies which was better atmosphere wise but other than being directly behind cookies shot didn't see much.
