Yes it’s a foul on moura, the ref waves play on. Moura then handballs it, however unfortunate the hand ball is, it’s still handball after the advantage has been waved.
For me it’s not even handball however once VAR gives it, it’s our free kick

I guess it comes down to whether the ref played advantage or not, but trying to figure out what the process even is in football any more is impossible. If the ref played advantage in a position Spurs weren't allowed to score from then it's a ridiculous situation.

Most of the time I'm for making rules as clear and objective as possible but ultimately rules are about practicality and to make the game more enjoyable. I don't remember there being too many arguments about whether a handball was deliberate or not by a striker. It's actually more of a debate when defenders give penalties away. Weirdly, we've outlawed it for attacking teams but not for defending teams (because it would lead to silliness if I could punt it at a defenders arm every time I got in the box). The result is that the rule is now more convoluted than ever and we're seeing goals ruled out that nobody would've wanted to rule out prior to the season starting. It's only achievement so far has been to show off VAR.

Not sure it could've worked in the cup since most of the teams wouldn't have had it. Agree with the first part though. Poorly used and implemented in ways that they know it's not accurate for (some of the offsides this season are plain silly).

They used it in the FA Cup for the 2 years before it was used in the Prem this season although it was only at Prem League grounds. . Also in Champions League games and a World Cup. Hardly rushing it.

Honest question here, how many times (Villa non goal aside) has the VAR made a wrong decision?? The offsides, despite seemingly being ridiculous when its a toe, or an armpit deemed to be off, technically are offside. So just wondered as my memory struggles at times, what else has been wrong? And not just United related

Not really. It depends on when they freeze the picture along with the angle of the line.

I am certain they could have proved Lundstram was onside with another freeze and/or angle of the line drawn.

I am of the opinion that a goal should only be ruled out if there is clear evidence of offside. This was not a clear evidence of an offside. And they need better technology. It feels like they are using 720p with cameras not aligned with play.
