I honestly think VAR, if used correctly, is a welcome addition to the league. As with any new system, there will always be a 'bedding in' period, and in the early part of the season, we along with just about every other team benefited and suffered from this time.
However watching the Man U game last night it became apparent that we are going backwards. Personally I would like to see the rules relaxed so that if any part of the attackers body is level with the defender then play should continue. This is the entertainments business, and we want to see goals, not offsides
One of these goals was ruled offside, one wasnt.
Hate conspiracy theories, but its hard to defend them when decisions like this happen
