No free kick is the puzzling thing though.

I think that's the point some are missing.

They didn't get an 'advantage' from the foul, the second the goal was overturned.
So it's a free kick for me.

If for instance, Kane was offside when the ball rolled to him, the play would be brought back for a free kick.
Same principle imo.

So did I good job Paul Tierney wasn't the ref. Everyone assumes advantage was played but there was no signal from Kavanagh to that effect.
