That penalty.
Go on then, skipper. I think he's been hard done to by some but never shirked his responsibility to the squad as club captain - a model pro. His form suffered when we lost Coutts and our midfield lost their identity and we were limping through to the January transfer window.
Now we have reinforcements and good depth in midfield and are playing lovely football again and his movement today was decent. Not perfect, but decent.
He comes deep and gets involved with a lot of the intricate passing with Duffy, Fleck and the wingbacks, which often goes unnoticed. He put a shift in and was deserving of MOM for me.
Delighted for him, delighted with the result, relieved we fought back and glad to be back to winning ways.
