I am not a betting man
Mostly because everything I have backed has bombed
But can somebody please explain to me
Why are the best odds for us for relegation 66/1
But odds for wolves can be had at 250/1
Thanks in advance

We're 66-1 to win the FA cup!
After we (should easily) progress to round 4 there's only 5 rounds to go, it might be worth laying off for each match we progress to the final :-)

So it's not that you're not a betting man, just not very good at it :)
There are advantages in not being very good at it. My one and only bet was in the 1960s when I was working as a labourer at a builders' merchants. Some of the older guys there were keen on the horses, and had a dead-cert tip at 100-1 for the Derby. Persuaded by this, I put £1 on it (a high proportion of my weekly wage), and as we listened to the radio (all work halted), the excitement for me turned to despair as it came in second. The others were all celebrating, for reasons I did not understand. 'You did back it each way?', they asked; to which I replied 'What does each way mean?' The £1 I lost that day has probably saved me a fortune...

Many of our players are in the best form of their lives, so the logic is this could be a temporary spike for some of the players.
This will be why it’s unlikely that we’ll receive any big bids for any of our players....they’ve had HALF a good season in the top flight....that’s it.
Buying any of our players is still considered a big risk...so the biggest bids we’d ever receive is 15 to 20 million and we won’t sell for that.

The Wolves squad are just playing to their normal standard, have more experience/ more seasons playing in top level football...so their good form is more likely to last.

I reckon our players need to play well for 2 full seasons in the PL before the masses become convinced they are actually good PL level.

Stopped betting a few years ago, bought shares in GVC Holdings (own Ladbrokes, Coral, Bwin etc.) instead, it's true what they say there's only one winner. :D

I've gone for a Yorkshire double Blades and Barnsley
