Stop this downward spiral now, cut your losses, get a MANAGER in, or see what’s remaining of that £100m slip into massive losses.

We need a major look at the whole structure at the club and that means getting rid of the CEO, he’s been here too long and is probably to blame for the slow recruitment strategy, as this has been the same for the last 4 years.. to disastrous effect.

Given that the owners are investors rather than fans or sports experts, losing money is probably the only thing that is going to make them take action…. so you’re right to put it in this way.
The smartest investors in football put knowledgeable football people into the decision-making positions. We don’t appear to have anybody with football nous in any influential role.
We got away with this previously because Wilder provided the lead in most important decisions.
They simply have to bring in a Director of Football and at least sideline Bettis.
A communication strategy wouldn’t go amiss too.
First decision though has to be to get rid of Selles and replace with an experienced manager.
