Oh if that bicycle kick had gone in yesterday, it'd have been a beauty.

31 ? 31? He’s 33 in February age is just a number tho
Sharp's jumping backwards for his headed goal deserves a special mention. It's difficult, and reminded me of Ian Bryson's goal in the legendary match vs Forest in 90/91:

Great mindsGenuinely reminds me of Aritz Aduriz of Bilbao (still playing at 37).
Oh to see Billy score a play off final winning penalty this season...
Billy is the player who the opposition fans fear and take the piss with their chants about him being fat. He goes on and scores and they aren’t bouncing any more. He’s up there with the best strikers I have seen at the Lane from Doc Pace onwards. Unfortunately in the past if they showed prowess in front of goal we sold them.
That took a fair bit of athleticism to pull off, some, even most players just woud’nt try it and be resigned to it sailing behind them.Sharp's jumping backwards for his headed goal deserves a special mention. I think Billy's game depends on how lenient the ref is. If Billy is allowed to back into his marker when the ball is hit up high to him then he's in for a good game. He's so good at it but if the ref is finniky then it becomes frustrating for him.
Love it when he gives it back to the fat bastard jibes - nearly as much as he does
When the oppo fans abuse him you know it makes him more determined
Billy Sharp = 100% legend.
The ref was a cunt today and Billy scored two. Your theory is fucked pal.
