I'm assuming AI has us moving from The Lane?
Not really, the current site would easily fit all those designs.
The actual construction and temporary home would be the tricky part!
Can’t say I agree, a lot of those designs took up way more space than the BL plot would allow
So, the hotel has been bulldozed to the ground.View attachment 194226
at least this one isnt surrounded by the forest in number 1 love the turnstyle entrances

This looks awful. It looks like Derby and Reading's soulless and lifeless paint by numbers Meccano set stadiums.
Give me the likes of Bramall Lane, Goodison Park and Meadow Lane any day of the week. Keep the original shape and build up.

This one looks great, I like the stadiums that have the square corners rather than the round bowl corners. Plus the brick would look amazing.

Inside, something like FC Koln would be the type of design I’d love. A single tier Kop would look also fit great into this design
It would have been much easier for The Star to show what the club already has planning permission for, and looks much better IMO. But no, that doesn't bring enough clicks to their website.

I’ve not measured the area needed for those designs, but I’d be amazed if they wouldn’t fit. The Lane is a massive area if you include the car park and land behind the Kop.
Six years. I think it was around 2018, when the plans were submitted for the south stand and kop combined. The kop only was about 15 years ago, but I'm just going off memory here, so I could be out.You mean the one the club has had planning permission for the last 15 odd years and we’ve all seen a million times?
If they did a story on that they’d be accused of just regurgitating old news! I suppose they can’t win.
A flat ground? All these would kill it for me. Takes us completely away from our history. Improve and modernise, great, but what are we left with if the ground is flattened?
