We NEED to rotate and have fully fit and rested players for the coming weeks.

Fleck was back to best today I thought. Got in the box a lot more than Hourihane does. Great vision for assist to Bogles goal.Hourihane Can’t believe how bad Fleck and Berge have been. Never thought I’d want Hourihane on after his non-descript start to his Blades career but has been decent last couple of games.
Exactly. CH has looked much better in recent weeks but our midfield still isn't balanced. With the 5 players we have (Norwood, CH, Fleck, Berge and Osborn) who can play in these positions, our best approach is to rotate them. Perhaps CH had a slight knock as well who knows. We NEED to rotate and have fully fit and rested players for the coming weeks.
He might have been better served saying he had a great time at Villa but it's time to move on, and he hopes he can get fixed up at SUFC who are another historic and great club who he would love to join long term. I'm still waiting to hear the latter.
He's already said most of those things.

Conor Hourihane out to impress at United after accepting Villa fate
The 30-year-old says he has resigned himself to the fact that his time at Villa Park is overwww.examinerlive.co.uk
As for 'telling anyone who will listen he's gutted not to be there', that's nonsense. He was a guest interview on a Villa podcast, where he had loads of Villa fans' tweets saying they miss him read out to him. What was you like him to have said instead?
He also did a similar interview with Barnsley whilst a Villa player. He seems to have enjoyed most of his career and made good decisions along the way. Sheffield United may or may not the next of those decisions.
Expecting players to denounce their affiliations with previous clubs just because they happen to play for us now will leave you disappointed.

Fleck was rubbish
But
Made an interception that stopped a goal
Made a pass that won it
That’s Utd
Poor heggy
Actual run of sequence from the Birmingham game is:100% this.
Hecky is a student of football - he'll be picking different players/formations for whoever we play next.
Hourihane and Norwood are fine against a team like P'boro - all they did was sit off us virtually the whole game.
Brum had some big players plus we dropped into a 352 formation - which worked perfectly in the end.
We are having slightly less possession than we did under Slav, but we are using that possession much more effectively.
Players are also getting rests - which will be needed with all the sat/tue/sat games coming up.
We just need to carry on doing what we are doing - winning at home, not losing away and up that table we will go.
Right tactics for me from the new management team.
We have for me got 2 years to do this kind of thing - this one and next year to get out of this division before real and proper cost cutting takes hold of our finances.
UTB
yes and 6 out of the next 8 at the lane great chance to get in to the top 6 by mid marchActual run of sequence from the Birmingham game is:
Fri / Wed / Sat / Tue / Sat / Wed / Sat / Fri / Tue / Sat / Wed / Sat
So just one midweek off (and even then its Sat to Fri) before the next international break.
It can be a stratospheric journey putting the cones out.People no longer seem to have simple jobs now, or job roles. They all have to be going on a 'journey' or starting a 'project'.
Hope he's packed his passport (just in case) as he starts his new journey...
Maybe a bit of 'blue sky thinking' can be chucked into the mix too, as he puts the cones out at the start of a training session.

Surely McCall is the master of the art of “cones on grass”It can be a stratospheric journey putting the cones out.
Just ask Sausage Rohl…
The Cannavaro of the cones. He doesn’t even put them out. Just waves his hand like a Jedi knight and they put themselves out…Surely McCall is the master of the art of “cones on grass”
