There's always people asking for them, well they're available in the club shop now for £22.50. They haven't got many though.
I really want an away shirt without sponsor. But I'm still tempted.

I asked if they'd have those and they won't.

I only went in for a Chez programme and it's ended up costing me £52 cause I bought both shirts as well! :D
I know what you mean. I've bought this year's away (with sponsor) and last year's home without sponsor and I'd definitely buy another away one if I could get one without the sponsor.

Never personally got the demand for shirts without sponsors. Admittedly it would be better if we lived in a world without corporate shirt sponsorship but always prefer the shirt I buy to look like the real deal. Each to their own.

Probably if we went back to being sponsored by Laver or Wards everybody would be happy.

i think you'd change your mind if Chupa Chups ever sponsored us.

For me, it's because without them, certain shirts look less like football shirts and more like an ordinary tee-shirt. At my age, I feel slightly daft in a football shirt (and that's my personal preference, not a dig at any middle aged fat blokes who think they look good in them) so having something like last season's shirt without a sponsor is a happy medium for me. Which is why I went for the away shirt this season as it's less like a traditional footy shirt and more like a normal tee-shirt. One without a sponsor would be perfect.

Personally my perchance for sponsorless shirts is just the fact you pay a bloody fortune for the shirt and the right to advertise said sponsor comes as a free bonus if you want or even know/like that sponsor, I had a mate would turn carrier bags inside out when he paid for them so as not to pay to advertise the shop in question.
I really don't like the fact it costs the fan to advertise the sponsor, the club you advertise your alliegence with the expensive kit, everyone to their own

But that's part of what they pay their sponsorship for. Which directly benefits the club. It's not like advertising Tesco, I don't support Tesco. But I support the Blades and if it helps them by me walking around alpharooms on my tits, so be it.

Hendersons Relish would be a shirt sponsor i would welcome with open arms
I'm not keen on shirts with sponsors on, but I wouldn't mind this :)

I'm in the minority but not bought a shirt since I was about 15. At times which require extra fervent support I'll put on a scarf and / or a SUFC pin badge.

Did they have the home shirt with no sponsor in all sizes and how low was stock?
I only noticed Medium but I didn't see what was on the top racks.

Stock was quite low, probably a hundred or so at most.
