HMS P*ss The League is up and running again

If yesterday represented their new style, combined with the new manager bounce, plus the pressure of the derby and the previous score against us, then I'm not sure the rest of the season won't be very uncomfortable for them. We were not at our best and are on a poor run at the moment, and they still only scraped a draw.
I think they'll stay up because there's a least three sides worse than them. I've just been watching Sunderland and they were shocking. The pigs will scrape draws and nick a few wins off sides that do what we do but not quite as well, sides will get caught on the break and not deal with it as well as we did last night. Not many but enough to keep them up.

They've got short memories over there. If Jos is half decent then fair play to him, but getting worked up over a 0-0 is ridiculous, especially considering they did the same just a fortnight ago when Bullen took over and they inexplicably won, that was all "we're back" "we can still get automatic" etc and then they were shit again.

They might go on a bit of a run, but how can you be so lairy after being wrong so many times? And such a short time ago.

Cretins.

Anyway, I'm glad that's done as we don't have their stench wafting over our shoulders any more, we can just get on with our job.

After many delayed starts and unforseen circumstances, the HMS P*ss The League is ready to set sail to the Premier League again...

Well that's if you are to believe the ridiculously imaginative, blinkered, blockheads from S6. (Some conversations i've had with Wendy pals today, wow)

Can someone please tell me how holding out for a 0-0 (full credit to them for executing their game plan to perfection) at your so called 'inferior' neighbours results in them ready to storm the league next season?

*Also funny to add how they have no idea how close to FFP they are and with ageing players on huge and lengthy contracts, well....

Keep the pub league players coming Chris, we're moving on alright.
some of them still think they’ll storm the league ‘this’ season! :D

The one advantage they have is the foreign players will be easier to move on to other leagues. Much larger pool of clubs to sell to

Players on very high wages who are in poor form are difficult to move on regardless of their nationality . The expensive deadwood that needs clearing out at the sty will prove to be a real obstacle for them .

Imagine paying £52 a game to watch them play like that!

We are in our worst form of the season 1 in 10 and we had them absolutely petrified of us!

They say well they looked solid defensively! If that’s the case defending your lives it shows our defence must be so solid that we send them up front.

They're already selling "The best draw in history" T-shirts outside the market on the Moor from a cart sponsored by D-taxis

They’ll have to go to primary to get some more hangers that will definitely blow the budget.

They were celebrating that they didn’t get stuffed - like most people on both sides thought they would before the game.
Likewise, I’m a little bit miserable still that we didn’t beat them.
BUT exactly how they think they were the better side or will storm the league is beyond human belief!
Don’t think they’ll go down (sadly) but they won’t get to the play-Offs.
We, however, are still there or there abouts despite a dreadful run and with 3 (nearly 4) quality additions to the squad.
The future’s bright - & it’s red & white.

Look at this for fucks sake. I mean, you drew nil fuckin nil against a supposed ‘pub team’ who wouldn’t get more points than Rotherham did last season View attachment 35745

LOOK AT IT!!!!

Spelt and punctuated correctly, also nice to give him red and white beer.

Incidentally when Pudil lifted his top up for the myriad of long throws he looks like he’s had too many beers. Footballers should be ripped, he had a bit of a mufffin top.

I find it amusing when they list all the players they didn't have available for last night's match.

As if not being able to select the likes of Steven fucking Fletcher is a bad thing.

Laughed out loud at this. 'so much more" . Who do they think we are? I'm starting to think we are one of the best sides in the country. Screenshot_20180113-210416.png

When I got back to the pub last night the few Wendy lads that were there were in very high spirits, theses were young lads, good lads when I spoke to them it was obvious they were so fuckin appy, fair enough but it just showed how worried they were before the game.
