2. Fail to give him tools to do job.
3. Sell some of the original tools you have him.

i don’t expect us to spend money we don’t have and go all out but seems insane to Employ someone and then handcuff him so severely you may as well not have bothered in the first place.

if we wanted to trim the squad and go with this core and do literally NOTHING else then why not just employ heckingbottom ? He’d get more out of them as the squad currently stands….

it’s not a case of throwing good money after bad what we are doing - it’s a case of lighting good money on fire and watching it burn given we’ve employed a manager and basically stopped him having any ability to change things and improve them. Why bother in the first place.
