I'm not sure I understand why saying someone has got a 'hammock for her beer belly' could be interpreted as 'sexist' anyway? Being overweight is not the sole domain of the female gender.

The young lady has chosen to pose semi naked and should be prepared to accept the consequences, be they complementary or otherwise. Personally I think a quick glance in the mirror should have told her which way it was going to go, but that's just my opinion.

So where we would both agree that racism is completely unacceptable, we would disagree over whether or not sexism is acceptable.
In both cases neither of us are being directly offended,(well unless you are black or a woman or both) and your avatar is just a smokescreen.

UTB

I'm struggling to see where it was sexist though? For the record I don't think it is acceptable and nope I am not black nor female

Just for the sake of argument, you understand (rhetoric alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those easily offended are advised not to read further) but I need to clear up this 'directly affected' and 'on behalf of others' bit. Are you married, NB? If so, what you seem to be saying is that I could call your wife a douche bag and any kids you might have retards with relative impunity. (Rhetoric all clear sounds)

If you could remain unoffended after that, then I'll have to agree your argument has weight.

No I'm not married or have kids. I can't see how I'm saying that though to be honest, that would offend me because it would be about someone in my family (thus directly affected)
