It wouldn't have been robbery today if we'd lost. We were very poor & conceded two or three huge chances & created absolutely nothing. It looked like two teams who are, as a minimum, going to be in a relegation battle. We need to improve.

It's not doom and gloom by all means but today we were poor.
If we can just survive this season, next year will see us have the finances to bring in that 50k a week striker that will complement our fantastic work ethic and togetherness.
Point gained today but we must beat teams like this to progress. Watford's are useless.

Strongly disagree. Watford let us have the ball & we did nothing with it. It was a tight game in which we made 3 big errors. If they'd scored from one of their chances we'd have only had ourselves to blame & the loss would have been merited. That's the poorest we've played all season & if we don't improve we will definitely be sucked into a relegation battle.

They let us have the ball, at THEIR place, when they’re desperate for a win. That speaks volumes. Teams are taking notice.

Goalkeeper mistakes are usually costly, it happens, just a shame it was today we deserved something from that game.

We had the finances this year as rumour has it that McB isn't far short of that £50k pw figure on top of the £20m we laid out for him. To consolidate our position in the PL I'd rather we spent that sum on a PL striker, maybe someone on the fringes like the Mousse or someone past his best and on the way down a bit rather than taking another punt on another McB.

I also think getting that someone to fit the bill would cost us considerably more than £50k pw but whether or not United would be willing to cough that amount up is a different argument.

Happy to let us have the ball because they probably know that we're fairly toothless in attack. Happy to let us have the ball & hit us on the counter. But for some poor finishing they had us buried today.

At least 10 of the prem teams year on year are in a relegation battle not sure today changes that, that said we are currently sat 4th as best away form, any point away from home is fine by me

I remember he kicked a back pass straight onto Deanos's chest, he layed it off and bang - goal SUFC

He had no weaknesses - in fact a pig mate said to me his performance at Wembley was the best he had ever seen and wished Wendy had signed him.

To this day I have never seen as many brilliant saves in 120 minutes as Kelly made at Wembley that day.

We were shockingly toothless, only really Robinson's volley straight down Foster's throat I can think of as a chance.

We didn't give it away very often, and looked the better team from the back to the middle, but their forwards looked more likely by a long way, when they put Delofeuo (?) on I was shitting it.

Fleck drove a couple of times and did nothing at the end of it, our crosses were lofty and poorly directed, we had 7 corners or something and didn't trouble them once really, and even though we kept a clean sheet we were nowhere near as solid as at Everton.

Bash and Egan were too slow to start running back after getting forward, with Bash, it's good to see him at the front and running through because he's not been doing it as often in the Prem, but he was just staying there at times, like he'd forgotten what he's doing, and Egan, I've never seen him do what he was doing today. At one point he was our furthest player forward I think, in and around the box, and they were breaking on us in the centre circle. Think JOC saved the day.

We won't have an easier game all season, and even though we were far from bad, if you look at opposition and opportunity, we've had an absolute shocker and they could have won it by a couple if Hendo wasn't on it.
