Yesterday I phoned Bramall Lane to renew mine and another season ticket. Halfway through the system went down and I was told they would phone me back.....I’m still waiting.

ive tried to phone again this morning and the phone is engaged.

I also sent an email yesterday and that’s not been answered either.

Come on United, the system was far more efficient when my sister and I hand folded the season ticket renewal application forms back in the 70’s.

what do I do now..........

I had a problem . E mailed them took a couple of days but when they got back they sorted my problem,even at 9 pm at night some kind person was in contact with me. Have faith.🤞
 
the other day I was on hold for 20 minutes. finally got through and the line cut off 😂 Called back later in the day, waited another 20 minutes and got through to someone to renew.. seems bizarre that they're making it so hard for us to give them our money but the key seems to be persistence
 
I mailed them Saturday, no reply by W*dn*sd*y so called them about 3pm, took about 25 mins waiting and sorting.

Its 2021, just renew online in less than 90 seconds.

Sounds like you weren't bold enough
 
Am I right in thinking that season tickets are only renewable online or over the phone and the ticket office itself is not actually open to go in person?

Am I right in thinking that season tickets are only renewable online or over the phone and the ticket office itself is not actually open to go in person?
Possible, as most are working from home still, apparently theres been a bug going round?

Send me your 16 digit card number , expiry date and 3 digit code and I will sort it for you.

Its 2021, just renew online in less than 90 seconds.
Be careful with the online system, they seem to be running 2 systems! I registered and then linked my old customer number but it didn't have any season ticket renewal info.
So I tried again by the email link and I had to register and link again, after doing that I was allowed to renew.

Be thankful you could not renew & get an annual ticket for the Crucible!
