Hi, I'm new to this board.

I'm a very unusual fan in that I was bought up in Birmingham and followed the Villa for 40 years!

I moved to Sheffield 12 years ago and 8 years ago started going out with a Sheffield lass who was Blades mad. I started going to matches with her at BDBL and have been totally converted to the cause for the last 6 years....

I have been a season ticket holder on the Kop for 4 years and this year have followed the Blades to Reading, Derby, Coventry, Plymouth, Blackpool, Scunthorpe and Barnsley.

I had a great day out at Wembley (well at least until kick-off) and will go again this year - now that's optimistic!

I'm not your usual fan - but I hope you'll see I'm now a real Blade..
