Thanks for posting that and a great way to start my 'work' day. Picture quality not the best and very jerky, but bloody hell did I enjoy that!

Theoretically a 'crap shirt' as the red stripes were too thin and it looked pink from a distance, but I have fantastic memories from that time.

I note that two of the 'Top Blades scapegoat X1' played that day; Hoyland and Gannon, the latter playing the perfect pass to set up the first goal.

My first Derby.

One of my favourite derby games. At school at the time, not on the day of course, and Wednesday were third, we were bottom. At my school Tapton and no doubt replicated across all the schools at the time in Sheffield, Wednesday fans were crowing about what they were going to do to us, would it be 3,4 or 5 nil to them. What they didn't realise was we were always going to match them for desire and we took our chances, and they underestimated us from the off. An amazing day bettered by the 3 - 1 later in the season at the Sty. That was even better!

I'd forgotten about that until I saw it on the vid.

I've got two that have stuck with me.

The first is obvious, the Warhurst Sheridan collision. I was laughing that hard I missed Jock's shot, luckily managed to get a grip in time for Dane slotting it home

The second is waving at all the pigs leaving after the second went in and singing Cheerio... Cheerio... Cheerio.
