I suppose living in Singapore has its advantages. One being that I get to 2022 before most, but not all of you, on here.

We still have covid here in 2022 so don't get your hopes up that it's a clean slate!

Just wanted to wish you and your families all a healthy and happy 2022!

so glad im at home, as NYE is worst day of the yr, it reminds of shocking new years eve's 2015 & 2017 that bored me rigid, it wouldve been more entertaining to watch reruns of the david weir era, what was weird is i had a feeling like i was is it just me. because im sat in this pub after being forced to go out because i had nightmares of 2015, the success of watching kingsman in 2016 & being told "you cant stay in on new years eve" so im sat in this pub, after an hr where im amazed im still awake. & im looking at all these people who are in silence, including a old couple eating sandwiches on this table. im thinking this is fun???? for some people :oops: & then dont forget the social media pictures you have to pretend your enjoying yourself to keep the pretence. because you cant tell the truth

then midnight happened & you have to wait 90+ mins for taxi, only redeeming feature is fireworks that technically on jan 1st. at 2015 one in working mans clubs they wheeled out a TV that was looked so old i thought it was bought to in preparation for 1966 world cup final

I don't really like New Year (nearly ended up losing a leg - semi-legless!!), NYE 1977, due to motorcycle accident, which resulted in a long spell in the old Royal Hospital, and a weirdly shaped leg! However, it's a good excuse to drink whisky, and recently, to look forward rather than back.
I'm hopeful for a better year, and wish everyone, Blade or non-Blade, a healthy and relatively OK 2022. Some happiness would be great too!!!!
