First you brought order to chaos, picking up a broken, wounded and demoralised team and making them believe in themselves again.
Then you returned at a time when we were continuing to go in the wrong direction, and turned us around again.
Then you took us back to the top.

He's had many obstacles thrown infront of him yet still managed to achieve some incredible results. After the performance against Luton this year, I thought we'd capitulate and Boro would capitalise. Following that lacklustre shitshow, Hecky showed a cool head and refused the natural temptation to dig out the players choosing instead to back them. His calm demeanor emanated through the players and sealed promotion with 3 games to spare.
The Wilder era was the golden era and not much will ever top that. But if Wilder takes Gold, I'm giving Heck a Silver+ and Warnock has been demoted to Bronze.
(I just missed out on the Bassett era so cannot comment).
