This is exactly the wilder style signing we need to avoid at all costs. £40k a week and they’ll give him a 3/4 year contract crippling the club for a player no one will ever want to buy from us.

He’s OK. He seems like a nice lad and he does a solid job of breaking up play but he is no where near progressive enough on the ball to ever excel in a promotion chasing team, which is what we need to aim to be.
