Just watched Choudhury put in a magnificent complete for Leicester against West Brom....hopefully Blaster does likewise for us next season

Still being used at RB by Leicester. He would be first choice in midfield here. Twice the player Souza is.

Yep, watched most of that game, would be a fantastic use of a loan spot next season assuming Leicester don't fuck up promotion and still see him as surplus to requirements at DM

being advocating going for this guy for a while on here im hoping leicester go up and dont see him as a premier league player him and a left sided midfielder maybe obrien would be 2 great additions to compete with hamer arblaster davies and brooks

Hope not. He'd just be cover for Souza and that would be a waste
Tbh, we do need some cover for Souza, a player as important to our system (probably the most important player) cannot be expected to play 90 mins every game without cover, as he's already been injured once this season and missed 1 game through suspension.

The Plymouth game proved just how much we missed Souza.

Not for me, consistently inconsistent.

Some games will run the show, some games won't even know he's on the pitch.

i like choudray but think with tyler morton coming in as a defensive midfielder its an attacking goalscoring midfielder we need to bring in

With the new owners potentially willing and able to fund more signings I do hope we're looking at attacking midfielders, we can't rely on Sakyi and OHare to get us promoted

A right sided player is most important because if Brereton signs presumably Hamer will take the 10 role

I hope the Isiah Jones talk is true because that would be a 2 in 1 signing - RW and RB

Where's Isaiah Jones been linked?

He looked bloody miles off it- genuinely quite embarrassingly unfit and off the pace- against Wolves and the Leicester fans don't rate him at all. I thought he looked great 4 years ago too but no thanks nowadays.

really hope ben brereton signs and fills that left side hamer has shown in the last 4 games how much more dangerous he can be centrally or on the right ive been dissapointed with o'hare and rak-saki but they both need genuine competition for their spots and they havent had it all season isaiah jones would be a cracking signing for me and would go straight in on the right wing for me

Leicester fans think he's terrible, awful attitude and would command a biggish fee given he's on a contract till 2027.

Instead of Morton?
Crazy talk. If we're looking at a loan then Morton ticks a lot of positive boxes. If we're looking for perms I'd actually like us to be hunting the Championship/League one as we did for Burrows.
IF we go up, you would think Souza will stay, so there's an extra development year at least, and if we don't then we can start developing them for a run in the Championship when we don't have Big Vini.

Choudrey for me is all wrong. Expensive, risky, and doesn't regularly demonstrate the quality needed.

Played a lot at Championship level in the last two years, in fairness (RE comments that he's not been good/not kicked on/wasted away).

I didn't see much of him in recent years, but maybe he'd be good backup to Souza for the rest of this season. We don't have any other DMs.

Long term signings would be ideal, but if we have to think more short term with a focus on promotion.

You’d waste a loan on him as backup to Souza, over say, Morton to play next to Souza?
