he's the coach then? he's supposed to be a footballer. i wish i could get positions based on 'reasons other than my professional capability'.. all round good egg.. like a beer.. talks about football in the office.. nice work eh?

I didn't say I agree with it. Just that I think that's what's happening. But given the number of bad apples we've had upsetting the cart lately, being a "good egg" is probably important in terms of our recruitment right now (not that it should undermine the importance of actual playing ability).
