Looks like it's just a bad cut that needed quite a few stitches.

Was a bit of a silly challenge. Although I thought he'd played quite well.

:)

About time Halford started getting stuck in on quite a few occasions i have seen him pull out of tackles or completely nesh them i wonder if Blackwell has given him a rollocking because the past few games he has seemed to get stuck in more.

Hmm... I've also seen him have a couple of lunges where he looked more like he was venting frustration rather than desperate to win the ball...

I personally think that Halford has improved as the season has progressed and over the past couple of weeks has put in some good performances.

He has not had a run of games in a settled team for around 3 seasons now so i'm not surprised it has taken a while for him to find his feet but i think that he has come along way this season and i also think there is more to come too.

A few weeks back i was calling for Cotterill to start games but at the moment i'm nore then happy with the combination of Naughton and Halford down the right hand side.

Thought exactly the same.

There is a world of difference between showing aggression to try and win the ball and launching in with stupid challenges that are more likely to either result in him getting sent off or badly injured, or both.

I thought he was lucky to get away with that challenge in the QPR match which he could have quite easily have been sent off for.
