Wasn't exactly pulling up trees for Wolves though was he? He played out of his skin with NDiaye with us. Still think he is a big option for England this summer.

True, but I think we can take a decent slice of credit (certainly in a football fan kinda way).

Wolves were not going to sell him for £40m if he hadn't just had a brilliant season with us. They'd barely played him, he seemingly wasn't liked/trusted by their by management.

Similar to Gary Cahill. His time with us kick-started a very successful career.
