Absolutely I understand but if sharp had never played for us before and we signed him at 37 based on past glories , a bit similar to Ian rush who we once signed (who was far far better striker than sharp) then this place would absolutely melt down, he has to go in summer

The 2 league goals this season have come in 1400 minutes on the pitch. It hasn't helped him that we've tended to be ahead when he's been brought on, so not exactly chasing games. Whichever way you look at it, if we give him a final season, it won't be because we expect a decent goal return next season.

If Basham scores in the next 2 games, we will have had 20 different scorers this season. I think the record (might be wrong) is 19 currently held by us and Burnley.

He's on 8 (Boro, Millwall, Watford, Sunderland, Cardiff, Bristol C, Preston & Huddersfield). Starts in bold, on-after-the-80th-minute appearances in italics. Against Watford and Bristol C he came on as a last minute sub so it's really harsh to treat them as appearances.
