But seriously, if you can get tonight, make sure you do. I know the weather might put a few off, others will prefer to watch via certain unnamed streams or listen to it through the wireless. But it's win or bust tonight. We've got 5 cup finals until the end of the season & probably need to win them all. It's a huge ask given our recent form, but stranger things have happened.
Our home support is going to be huge. 3 of the next 4 games are at home. If we can turn the Lane into a fortress then we can give ourselves a chance.
I'll be the first to admit I've stayed at home for a couple of the recent games & watched via other means. But we need the Lane rocking, now more so than ever. It was a brilliant atmosphere for the Cardiff game by all accounts, & there's no reason we can't have that again.
I know the Kop isn't everyone's cup of tea, & a lot would prefer to sit in the BLUT or South Stand. But for 1 game I'm sure you could suffer through it. Get yourself a ticket near the back, get stood up & get vocal.
It's a big ask for us to get into the playoffs, and even if we did it would probably only end in tears (again). But I don't want the fans to quit on this team before the seasons over. After winning league 1 last year, doing the double over Leeds & Bouncing Day this season I'd say they've earned a little good will from us. So lets help them get over the line.
