I totally agree - with the right service he could thrive.

Too many times last year he needed to be 12 foot tall or as quick as a very speedy greyhound to get some of the balls that were fired in his general dorection

Yep, been thinking since NA came in that Higdon might come good and be our surprise package.

He started okay last season, bagged a few decent goals but never seemed to get fit. The crowd then got on his back and with injuries, his season was done for.

Let's hope he's shed a few pounds and we play a system that suits him. This guy knows where the net is and is proven goal scorer.

I've been wondering for a while if NA being an ex physio will have any benefit for the fitness of the players? I doubt it because the physios should do that job, but I don't know squat

Been thinking the same - Higdon is very much in the mould of Lambert and although L'pool are not exactly going to give us a couple of million for our scouser, we should at least hope he can produce a bit of form. Higdon has been poor, but is like any forward, he needs service from the midfield. Yet another dilemma for Adkins to tackle.........good luck !
