This Chelsea fine will have set the precedent for the Manchester City debacle a fine and points deduction if it happens again in short they’ll get off lightly but the fine will be the payoff to the FA to keep them in the manor they’re accustomed to, while we get 2pts for a late payment which may have cost us a place in the Premier League and the pigs may end up if they get a further points deduction possibly going into the 4th tier.
