Wilder signs the players . If fans arent happy with the signing it is the manager who should take the criticism from them and not the player. Madine is here to do a job as our manager believes he is the right type of player and character.

Hopefully angry fans will use a bit of common sense and not boo any player wearing a Blades' shirt during a game and concentrate on backing the team

Keep winning most matches with Madine making occasional contributions = no bother

Have a down turn in form where Sharp and McG lose form. We bring on Madine and still struggle playing Bolton style hoof ball = many will need a scapegoat meaning Madine will get the blame and some will even question Wilder.

Personally think we’ll remain in the promotion battle and Madine will mainly be sub brought on as an option when we’re struggling. Think he’ll be a minor success similar effect to the Clayton Donaldson signing last season.

Unbeleivable, thing to remember as well is that since he was bought for £6 mill, it's highly likely that he will be on good wages too and going from what Warnock said that sounds to me like we are paying quite a large portion of them.

I don’t want promotion this way. It would feel very hollow indeed!
