Given overnight temperatures of -4 and (according to the Beeb forecast for Leeds) daytime temperature of -5 tomorrow, any danger of a postponement tomorrow? Or have we a full compliment of 'forwards' to choose from so no need to forget to turn the undersoil heating on?

I'm not bothered if it is on or not. If it's off, then it will be an extra 2 and a half i can spend in licensed premises.

Why? Will it affect your enjoyment of Soccer Saturday if postponed? ;)

Nice of you to show some concern though for us loyalists - I'll get wrapped up.

One for Punchline fans to pile into I feel.

Pound for pound I know someone bigger than the lot of yer. And he has a band fitted to limit his activities to a mere double Haggis and chips per hour.

When did you get a band fitted then??

***NEA 0.2mm***

6 foot 2 and less than 11 stone, if we're playing that game.

So not really the biggest Blade at all.

188cm and was 125kg - now down to 98kg in a year

probably was, but not now :)

oh... and I'll lose about 1.5kg in the next 4 hours ;)

I don't want to come over all Littlejohn, but that might as well be in Greek to me.

Back on topic, Rogers praised the Bramall Lane groundstaff yesterday:

Sheffield United, relying on the under-soil heating at Bramall Lane, won three vital points with a 1-0 win over Swansea to ease themselves away from the relegation zone.

Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers was unable to explain how more Championship matches than in the Premier League had survived the snowy conditions.

‘I don’t know why more Championship matches have gone ahead maybe we think there are fewer dates that we can fit them back in,’ said Rodgers. ‘When you look at the pitch here, the groundstaff have done a fantastic job.’

They could've done with Bernabeau-esque heaters in the stands yesterday. How bloody cold was it?!
