Reyes Cleary at West Brom he’s 19 scored 16 in 12 this season in Prem 2 is an England U19 and they are rumoured to be in financial trouble this summer he could be very getable
Rather develop our own England U20 striker in Jebbo and buy a young midfielder to develop instead. Hall at Birmingham could be a decent shout.

Watching Cov game, Callum Doyle would be good for LCB too.

I think we need another 2 strikers in and then being younger wouldn’t hurt. But you’re right we do have our own prospects agree and the young midfielder any of the 3 lads for Birmingham are worth a look.

Lucas Esquivel (21)
Position: LB / LWB
Club: Union Santa Fe
Notes: Tranfermarkt has him valued at 1M Euro, although not super accurate would likely be in the low single digit millions. Also passes work permit test

The young Belgian kid Duranville who made his debut for Dortmund today looked very lively, him or the English kid they have (not Bellingham obv) might be worth a look for a loan

Bynoe-Gittens? He’s a winger so not one for us as it stands.

That is who I was meaning, but I cannot believe that a player that young can be pigeon holed into a position that narrowly defined. It's about the attributes a player has, not a position he notionally plays. By your rationale we wouldn't take Bale on loan at his age as we don't play with full backs

Callum Doyle is definitely someone we should be looking at, right position and (hopefully) within our budget.

Tim Iroegbunam 19 England youth international just done a full season at QPR on loan from Villa might be worth seeing if we could get him from Villa on a perm if Doyle is a no go Patino from Arsenal is well worth a look as well.

Weren't we linked with him on loan beginning of last season? Could be one we've been keeping tabs on.

Carlos Augusto (24)
Club: Monza
Position: LWB
Notes: Basically another RND, a unit (6ft) of a LWB, with significant skill and ability. Statistically one of the best LWB in Serie A, rating high across all key defensive and attacking statistics. Can play LCB. Probably available for around 5-7m (we could double+ his wages in the PL).

Emanuele Valeri at Cremonese is a more realistic option. They've have been relegated, Forest were interested in him in the summer & JTW. Also Aiwu at Cremonese, who Burnley are taking an interest in.

Umeh Emmanuel (18)
Club: Botev Plovdiv
Position: Striker
Notes: Having a really good U20 world cup for Nigeria. Although is a striker seems to play better in a slightly deeper role. Sadly unlikely to get a work permit as would likely only cost less than 1 mill.

Speaking to an Aussie colleague it seems Adelaide City has a young guy worth keeping an eye on.

Usually used as a sub as he's only 17 but he described him as causing chaos whenever he joins play.

Fast and explosive, good dribbler. Potential Ndiaye replacement down the line? Great celebration too!

Wow…what a player he could be.

Fits the profile he’s apparently getting interest from clubs in Belgium, both Milan clubs and Liverpool but the fact that Belgian clubs think they have a shot at him should mean he’s not completely out of reach for us.

Seen him a few times this season on the tele here. Looks good but very raw. Could be one for the academy, but I wouldn't expect him to walk into the team. The A-league is a llllllloooonnnngggg way off PL standard.

Sverre Nypan 16 year old Norwegian CM looks to have broken through at Rosenborg and is starting to some serious hype getting links to Benfica and the usual nonsense which links every player under the sun to Man U.

Looking for older and more experienced players in their early 20’s then Gronbaek and Mannsverk look like good options having great starts to their seasons in midfield plenty of early goals and assists but they’d like cost a bit.

Mohamed Kaba (21)
Club: Valenciennes
Position: Midfield/Defensive Midfield
Notes: Playing in Ligue 2 in France but is going to end up at much bigger club in future almost certainly. Currently valued at 3m

Champagneblade you know anything about him?

Sebastian Nanasi (21)
Club: Malmo
Position: Attacking Midfield
Notes: Another player from our friends Malmo, currently valued at 3.5m

Murray Johnson GK 18 at Hibs he’s a Scotland under 21 international and seems highly rated he’d be one probably for the development squad but we seem to like signing young keepers and this lad could definitely be worth a punt

What about Fabian Rieder? Currently at young boys in Switzerland, and has recently being linked with Celtic.

Looks a decent player from the bits I’ve seen.

Would be a class signing that would cost a fair bit of money north of 10-15m I dare say.

Luca Sucic and Oscar Gloukh at Red Bull Salzburg would be cracking signings too.

It would be a long shot and would be an amazing coup but Martin Baturina at Dinamo Zagreb now Ndiaye has left he would be a fantastic replacement.

He plays deeper role than Ndiaye but is a creative talent that scores goals too.

He is rated as the next Luka Modric which is some tag to have.

Baturina is actually one highlighted near the beginning of this thread ;)

I agree, would definitely would be a coup to bring him in.

Sverre Nypan (16)
Club: Rosenborg
Position: Central midfield
Notes: Became a regular starter for Rosenborg at back half of last season, already played 14 games for them at just 16. Should start talking to his agent and making contact for when turns 18.
