Feel free to abuse me for saying this, but having being to Crewe on Saturday, and missing tonight with work, I'm fucked off that this group of players can produce that level of performance tonight, and churn out the worst performance I've seen in my time watching them on Saturday!! So they can do it, but not in the bloody league.

Tonight's display was a solid, disciplined performance. They kept their shape, and for all their millions, Fulham couldn't find a way through a resolute defence. Amongst some great performances, Maguire and Brayford were immense.

It's extremely perplexing we can play so well against prem teams and so poorly against league one sides. However we play with no pressure against the 'bigger' sides (in terms of league atleast) and we defend for our lives and try to hit on the break. We cant really do that in our league as for the most part the onus is on us to attack. That said the first brilliant victory against villa didnt kickstart our form but this one absolutely has to. Come on Blades we can do this!

Fulham on tonight's performance are worse than most of the teams in L1. They were useless. There was never a better time to play them.

All the same, excellent performance tonight, effort, purpose, and sticking to a well thought out game plan. Outstanding support as well.

Just got home from Fulham and still absolutely buzzing. They were all excellent tonight, summed up by Brayford refusing treatment before the corner at the end; if he'd been treated we'd probably still be watching penalties.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved it, danced round the lounge etc, even our poor dog got accidentally chinned as I leapt from the settee. I'm delighted also for the fans that turned out in large numbers to back them, you sounded superb live on national tv. Especially at about 7.55pm: "Your support is fucking shit!" So loud!
