Any news?

Basham's look and then horrified head in hands gesture suggested it was nasty.

Broken leg rumours doing the rounds in the boozer.

Knee cap dislocated he will be out for some time !!

It was right in front of me, the knee cap was stuck out at a right angle, looked horrible :(

When he stays down you know it will be bad. He's a tough player.

When I heard on the radio it was his knee I was gutted. It's likely to be a long term one.

Right that will explain the shocked looks.

Depends how badly dislocated I suppose. Hopefully not like Coutts.

I'm just glad we had enough paramedics to sort him out, 5 stood around him on pitch only 2 actually doing something!

Knee dislocations are usually bad because they pretty much always come with ligament/tendon/cartilage damage.

Didn't think it looked good when the oppo player was bending over him, seeming to apologise.

True. I have seen someone have theirs put back at the side of the pitch and be back playing inside the month though. Like you say often it's the collateral damage.

if it is it will likely be 6-8 weeks

Did you mean months? Robert Snodgrass had a dislocated knee cap for Hull, picking it up in Aug 2014. He was originally estimated at being out for 6 months – he returned to the first-team in Dec 2015. We will be lucky to see Freeman again this season if this is his injury.

Bad news for the team, hope it’s weeks not months.

Fuck me, how he didnt need some gas if he dislocated his knee I’ll never know. Can’t think of anything more painful other than the return of Madkins !

Could tell it was bad by everyone's reaction, gutted for him. Our injuries are really adding up this season.
