I was reading that our former player, Ben Heneghan, has now joined Wimbledon and noted that Glyn Hodges is now manager there. Got me thinking of how many other ex-Blades are currently managing and if you want to go further which ex-Blades have gone into management past and present. League/Non-league or even Women's...

So Hodges is manager of Wimbledon
I think Keith Curle is currently manager of Northampton
Gareth Taylor is manager of Man City Women

And obviously there's Chris Wilder....

Wasn’t Shaun Derry a manager for a while, don’t know if he still is.

Wasn't Wally Downes manager at the Dons too recently? I think there was some controversy around it.

Bruce Rioch Bolton think Derry was Cambridge Gary Brazil Forest David Holdsworth Mansfield ?

Dean Hammond is manager of Filey Cubs under 8s 2XI Reserves

They are bottom of the league

pommpey
If he is, no one has told him Cubs don’t start until 8. Filey is way above that losers level. How dare you Mr P. Use the good name of this wonderful seaside town in the same sentence Dean “ money for nothing” Hammond.

That's a great list. Hagan also managed Peterborough when they scored 134 goals winning Div 4 in 1961, which is a record. Then went on to manage WBA and won the League Cup before moving to Benfica.
Was renowned for his rigourous training regimes and was probably a pioneer in terms of player fitness.
