There's no suggestion, at least from myself, that our rise hasn't brought with it a few problems. Good ones I should add.

So, fast tracking the original submission, do you still think we should abandon the search for good players or not? As much as I'd love to see the best foreign or domestic talent, I hardly think we'd be at the top of anyone's list for securing signatures of said talent. If it happened then wonderful, but we're currently adjusting to the demands of a fairly unforgiving Division, so guile, smarts, and good old luck will be the things we have to rely on. I somehow seem to imagine that Wilder and his massive (oops, seemed appropriate) will duck and dive until solutions are found. That's not wishful thinking, just a reflection of what our management has shown is possible.

Of course we need to be in for good players. Picking up Norwegian wonderkids is more straight forward that gauging the Chinese PL and Germans reserve teams.

Most clubs have dedicated overseas departments in player recruitment etc. We obviously aren’t at the stage yet. It will come but last season showed we have some work to do. Which I’m sure over time will develop.
