I am sure the pigs will be on their holier than thou horse about it...

Forgetting one of their fans phoned up last year and called Snodgrass a Cunt.

(He was right though tbf)

Anyone remember this TV series from the 70's, starring a young Kurt Russell?

I was about 8 when it was on. I still love Bagpuss though, even at my age, so you can probably get about a dozen pages of psychoanalysis from that, if that floats your boat!

Bagpuss was created by Firmin who lived about 4 miles from Canterbury. The original feline hero makes an appearance every now and then around town. His family have started a micropub in Whitstable and his grand daughter is very very pleasant... also responsible for other classics of that era such as Noggin the Nog.

If you’re ever down I am sure they’d be happy to let you meet your hero..

Was it Oliver Postgate productions? They used to make some classics - Bagpuss, Nogin, as you said, Pogle's Wood...

If I ever manage to get back down to Eynsford to do some falconing, I'll look them up.
